CSNA Mentor Program

This mentor program is a partnership between industry and directors that is aimed at strengthening our association through its membership - because we know we're stronger together.

One silver lining of the pandemic was that it brought together new and experienced directors and supervisors to collaborate, innovate and share – a wonderful forum for problem-solving, knowledge and support. To keep this momentum going, we've formed a program that will help connect our experienced food service leaders with the leaders of tomorrow.

Our industry partners have informally connected new directors and supervisors to resources in many forms throughout the years. They are often among the first contacts a new leader makes, and CSNA found an opportunity to leverage these relationships into a program we think will be beneficial to our entire membership.
