Describe key messages of MyPlate and how to communicate these effectively to students & staff.
Description: As a society, we seem to be good at legislating but sometime miss opportunities to be educating! Remaining focused on nutrition education, in the midst of adhering to all the regulations, can help students learn healthful eating habits for life. Students also learn from watching adults in their life. Practicing healthy lifestyles can also have an effect on the little eyes watching us!
