Linda Sweeney - Coordinator, Cal Pro NET
Objectives: Participants in Future Leaders will learn their leadership style, the importance of developing their leadership skills, and the value of leadership in the association.
Description: The introductory session is to set the stage for the Future Leaders strand. Participants will be given a brief leadership questionnaire to determine their style. The purpose of the Future Leaders sessions will be reviewed.

Speaker Bio:
Gail Gramling began her service in school food service September 11, 1997 as a Substitute Food Services Assistant. And has currently been serving as a Food Services Supervisor II at North High School central kitchen for 6 years. Gail is highly committed to promoting school nutrition through community participation and activities to change the perception of school lunch professionals in the community. Gail stays current in her field by being an active member of the California School Nutrition Association serving as President of her local chapter attending workshops, classes, seminars and is always working on ways to elevate and promote school nutrition and those who serve.
