Objectives: The objective of this session is to provide hands-on guidance and examples on completing Personnel Activity Reports using many different scenarios.

Description: PARS, PARS, PARS! what is this PARS that we keep hearing about? PARS is a Personnel Activity Report that is required for staff in programs that receive federal grants where the staff does not exclusively work on the same cost objective. The California Department of Education, Nutrition Services Division will provide hands-on guidance, using examples of completing PARS using many different scenarios. These scenarios will include custodial staff, noon duty aides, staff working on multiple child nutrition program, and many more.
