Description: Think you're not a leader? Think again! Whether you are the boss or not, everyone is a leader of something and we all encounter similar leadership opportunities on some level. This witty presentation focuses on what it takes to be an effective leader at work and in your everyday relationships to get things done and get along with others. You will learn the key behaviors of effective team-based leaders and how you can use personal strategies to easily deal with difficult people, avoid conflict and foster teamwork. It's-Not-Your-Broccoli Leadership features Kermit the Frog, quotes to make you think, a flock of geese and, of course, broccoli.
