Objectives: Teach attendees what the law requires for ethical procurement.
Description: Federal Law [7CFR 210.21 and 7CFR 3016.36] establish rules for procurement including ethics requirement. It is important to understand both the letter of the law and its intent. This session will explain both with real world examples.

Barry is a veteran school foodservice professional with more than thirty years experience. For the past fifteen years he has worked in the policy arena and is part of a USDA/NFSMI team working on developing online training for procurement.
