Objectives: We will educate the listeners on how to pull all Styrofoam from the Waste Stream, and more importantly turn the Waste into cash that can be used for better food for the Children.
Description: Reduce the Waste Stream from all Styrofoam used in the Cafeteria, and turn it into Cash. This Breakout will Educate you on a very viable option to reduce your waste and recycle all your clean and contaminated Styrofoam.

Speaker Bio:
Robert J. Cargeeg, President and CEO of Western Recycling Technologies (WRT) who brings more than 24 years of sales, marketing, and management experience. We specialize in the reduction/recycling of all #6 Polystyrene products, both clean and contaminated.
Robert and his wife Laurie formed the company in January of 2012, together their successes have placed over 30 machines as pilot programs throughout School Districts in the West.
School Districts currently reducing foam lunch trays:
Prior to opening WRT, Robert was the President and CEO of A&R Capital LLC for 15 years. His duties included all business formation, motivating and training a staff of 35 employees, and finding new and viable products to keep A&R Capital LLC at the fore front of its industry. Under Robert's direction the Companies sales rose from 100k to over 4 million.
Outside of the office, Robert is an active participant in the Recycling Coalition of Utah, SNA, and California Resource Recovery Association where he networks with individuals in the recycling sectors to help divert rubbish going to the landfills.
He is dedicated to making a large impact on the environment, and educating the kids along the way.
Robert has many hobbies outside of work and family, including playing tennis, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with friends. Robert is married to Laurie, and they both enjoy spending time with their 16 year old daughter Cortney.
