Objectives: Participants will:
1) Learn the required components of a food production record
2) Understand why food production records are essential to a successful operation
3) Be able to complete a food production record for all types of meal services
Description: This presentation will cover the what, why, when and how of food production records to turn them into tools for successful meal preparation and service. Participants will gain the knowledge they need to use food production records to their advantage, as well as meeting program requirements.

Rachel Bowers - Minnesota Department of Education
Speaker Bio:
Rachel Bowers is a Child Nutrition Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Education. She helps schools and other organizations across the state to improve their child nutrition programs by conducting administrative reviews and developing and delivering training. Rachel is a Registered Dietitian and received a Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
