Objectives: Lets take a look at our current kitchens. What's working, where are the obstacles. Learn about new touchless delivery systems. New POS and developing that market places with-in K-12 schools. Discuss how we want our future school cafeterias built, Central versus on site, prepack versus bulk speed scratch.
Description: Let's take a look at our facilities. What is working in your kitchen? Where are the obstacles? We will take a look at new technologies and equipment being introduced for touchless delivery to students. Moving forward how should our California School kitchens be built and what should we be asking for?

Native of Southern California now residing in Palm Desert. 45 year veteran of commercial food service industry: 5 years in restaurant management, 20 years with a broadline dealer, and 20 years as a manufacturer's rep. Enjoys travel, golf, soccer, and singing.

Michele Martinez is a territory sales manager for The Fischer Group. She covers South LA county and North Orange County. She has been in the industry for over 22 years. Michele worked as a school bid project administrator at a dealer and started at a manufacture as head estimator/office supervisor. She is passionate about helping people and providing solutions. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Her favorite pass time is to create customized gifts for family and friends.
