Objectives: The participants of this workshop will learn the five characteristics of the pesky person along with their affect on the entire group. They will also learn several strategies on how to move forward to neutralizing the negative effect of the Pesky person.

Speaker Bio:
Matthew L. Upton. Matt serves as the V.P. of GO "Growth and Opportunities" for Bell Tasty Foods, Inc. He has served as chairman and member of various nonprofit and volunteer community interest boards and committees for the last 33 years.
Through serving he has learned the wonder and rich blessings that are discovered in partnerships.
Matt is the Dad of five wonderful adults, three men and two women. Each of them is discovering their best place in their own community. He celebrated 33 years of marriage this year.
He has spoken as a keynote speaker, breakout session leader, many back to school sessions, and in service throughout School Nutrition Associations as well as many school district school nutrition programs.
Matt is the owner/founder of On The Move Forward, which is committed to Building those that build people.
