Description: FoodSafetyGuy has been an active member of the MNSNA for ten years and has been living and working in Santa Clara County, Ca for two years. This workshop will highlight the learnings resulting from implementing a COVID-19 Prevention Plan in California's strictest county that can be transferred and adapted to any food service setting.

Speaker Bio:
Lars Johnson has been a food safety professional for 25 years as a ServSafe instructor, Quality Assurance Manager (10 years in Mn), a consultant and trainer (13 years) and currently works as Food Safety Manager for a corporate dining account in Santa Clara County (2 years). His mission is to demystify confusing food safety concepts, teach operators how to incorporate them, and to interface with regulators on industry behalf. He has been married to his wife, Karen, for 40 years. They have 2 married daughters.
