Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to state three characteristics of effective slides. 2. Participants will be able to tell a story that reinforces a learning objective. 3. Participants will be able to describe techniques for presenting virtually.

Description: The goal of any training is to change the participants in some way. What can we do to help participants engage and remember key information? Explore how to put information into memory by creating slides that trigger emotions and incorporating stories that help connect to the learning objective. Let's look at how virtual training differs from face-to-face training and discuss techniques that lead to effective virtual training.
