Objectives: Participants will understand the critical nature of menu planning and how to control the pennies that can make or break your program. Participants will be able to list 6 specific steps to take to evaluate their menu.

The menu is the single most important part of your operation, impacting both income and expense. Learn about specific steps, and key performance indicators to to control your program's operation and drive onto Easy Street.

Speaker Bio:
Linsey received a Master's of Science Degree in nutrition from Central Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in nutrition and dietetics from Concordia College. She has been a Registered Dietitian for 19 years and has extensive experience in Child Nutrition Programs. She worked 11 years with Washington State Child Nutrition Services as an Administrative Program Specialist ensuring program compliance and assisted many program operators with implementing the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act of 2010. She also worked in a large public school district food service program as the Nutrition Services Dietitian Manager where she implemented Health-e Pro software for the district, and was so impressed, she now works for Health-e Pro.
