Description: Don't let all the red tape of administering the school meal program get you caught in the weeds. Attend our session and learn how to prepare well in advance for a successful audit. We will cover lessons learned, helpful checklists and many methods to help you have a painless audit.

Speaker Bio:
Raheli has been working as a registered dietitian in sunny Los Angeles since 2014. While her previous work experience is heavily focused on corporate wellness, nutrition counseling and weight management, Raheli's passion has always been school foodservice and nutrition. Through her studies and hands on experience, she quickly realized the importance of helping children get access to healthy food and nutrition education. Raheli received her undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and her M.S. in Nutrition Science from Cal State Long Beach. She is a member of the California Dietetics Association as well as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Clare Keating - School Food and Wellness Group
Speaker Bio:
Clare Keating has 18 years of experience in the school foodservice industry through various positions with the Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Department of Public Health and Preferred Meal Systems. She has proven success with contract management, training, meal program compliance, marketing, product development and food safety. Dedicated to child nutrition, she is passionate about assisting schools in running an efficient and financially sound meal program. Clare received her undergraduate degree with a B.S. in Food and Nutrition from Northern Illinois University and her M.B.A. from Lewis University.
