Description: Oompa Loompa doopadee doo I've got another puzzle for you. What do you get when you sell food at school, watch out because the results can be cruel. How can you make sure you're doing it right, my presentation will provide you with that foresight. I will share great resources and other fine tools, which will help you understand the competitive food rules!

Speaker Bio:
Mike Danzik is an NEC for the CDE. His previous responsibilities included state-wide school meal marketing efforts, as well as training on the National School Lunch and School Breakfast requirements. Mr. Danzik is the subject matter expert for state and federal competitive food and beverage rules and access to free water in school requirements. Along with Heather Reed, he contributes to state-wide efforts for Local School Wellness Policy implementation. Mike holds a Master's in Public Health Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian.
