Objectives: Create foodscape appetizers, artful catering platters and table decorations to enhance your district catering program to increase your revenue.

Description: Enhance your school catering by learning specialized techniques to create food art and masterful platters, plus participate in making beautiful table decorations that won't destroy your budget but will keep your customers coming back for more. All table decorations will be used at the Presidents Party and the winning FoodScape will be on display at the Presidents Reception and your Poppyseed Magazine.
