  2. Walk away with concrete examples of how to boost participation rates and promote your plant-based menu items. Examples to include: innovative marketing strategies, community partnerships, student advisory councils, taste testing, and nutrition education.
  3. Access available resources and support for successfully implementing your plant-based menus.




Description: As awareness about the connection between our food choices, our health and climate change grow, students and parents are increasingly asking for more plant-based meal options that are healthier for our bodies and the planet. This Part II panel presentation will dive deeper into effective strategies for increasing participation and promoting your plant-based menu items. Examples to include: innovative marketing strategies, community partnerships, student advisory councils, taste testing, and nutrition education.
