Learn who are the best vendor partners, including design consultants and manufactures reps/vendors sales support, and what you can expect from them. Find out how to get funding from different sources for new equipment purchases.

Description: This session will discuss best practices for selecting equipment for your foodservice operation. Topics to be discussed include equipment research and selection, what to expect from working with a design consultants, who are the best vendors partners and how to get funding for new equipment.
