Objectives: Objective #1: Learn how to evaluate your current program and see what types of non-traditional feeding would work best for you.Objective #2: Find out about the best equipment to use for non-traditional feeding.Objective #3: Hear from other school districts with untraditional feeding programs initiatives and get ideas for your own program.

Description: Expand beyond the cafeteria into non-traditional feeding programs and increase revenue and participation. This session will discuss innovative ways to expand foodservice programs, including food trucks and busses, summer feeding programs, outdoor serving/feeding, and more. You'll learn from real school districts that have implemented these innovative solutions to meet their needs of their programs and to expand into other areas.
