Speaker Bio:
Amy Bell, R.D. has been in the field of nutrition for over twenty years and has spent the last seventeen years with the California Department of Education, Nutrition Services Division, Food Distribution Program as a Child Nutrition Consultant providing support to food service directors throughout California. Prior to joining the Department of Education, she worked as a dietitian for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program and for a foodservice management company. Amy graduated with a degree in Nutrition and Foodservice Management from California State University, Chico and is a Registered Dietitian.
