Description: This session will provide program operators with the knowledge of what documents they will need to provide the CDE in order to have a successful procurement review. We will also be present to assist with any questions attendees may have about the Local Agency Procurement Review.

Speaker Bio:
Lynda Phan is the manager of the Procurement Resource Unit. She is new with the CDE NSD and comes to us from the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), where she worked as a senior analyst in an elite policy unit for over four years. Ms. Phan holds an Associate?s Degree in Liberal Arts; a Bachelor?s Degree in Social Work; and a Master?s Degree in Business Administration.
