Phoebe Copp has been with Dairy Council of California for the past 5 years. She enjoys working with school districts and community partners to support nutrition education in California Schools. As a Certified Technical Advising Professional Phoebe has the tools, experience and expertise to assist schools in successful implementation of the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement.
