Chef James Dumars has worked in the culinary arts field for over 20 years. For the last three years he has held the position of Executive Chef at the Lakeside Union School District where he has been repeatedly recognized for his innovative working. He is the recipient of the 2014 CSNA Nutrition Recognition Award.
