Objectives: Participants will hear about districts using their signature fast scratch items to meet the meal pattern and increase their participation. We will touch on marketing these items and really focus on the equipment and supplies they already have and other products available for consideration.

Description: Your program is more than a brown box and box cutter. How to impliment fast scratch recipes to your program that showcase your signature items while meeting the meal requirements. You will hear from school districts that have implimented them, addressing labor, marketing and taste testing. We will also touch on utilizing equipment supplies and smallwares to make these items successful.
