Chelsey Cooper and Jennifer Howerter are School Nutrition Program Specialists in the School Nutrition Programs Unit at the CA Department of Education, Nutrition Services Division. Chelsey and Jennifer work together as the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) leads.
