Objectives: At the end of the presentation we hope the participants are able to identify avenues of inspiration to increase participation and increase menu innovation. As well as identify Chef/RD's in the field as resources.
Description: Come learn how the registered dietitian and chef work together to increase menu innovation while maintaining quality nutrition.

Registered Dietitian with AdancePierre Foods since May 2014. Graduated from University of Kentucky and currently getting Masters in Health Education and Promotion at University of Cincinnati.
