Objectives: Participants will understand how student food shows can streamline menu development, increase student participation, and improve relationships with key stakeholders (community, teachers, parents, school board).
Participants will be given the resources and background information needed to begin hosting student food shows in their district.
Description: Find out how student food shows, no matter how big or small, can be an effective tool for streamlining the menu development process, increasing student participation, and improving relationships with key stakeholders within your community. Participants will walk away from this session with the start up materials needed to host their own student food shows.

Speaker Bio:
Jamie Sanchez is a Registered Dietitian and the Nutrition Manager for Santa Ana Unified School District. She has more than 10 years of experience in school nutrition and is passionate about serving healthy meals that kids love!
