Nutrition 101: A Taste of Food and Fitness, 3rd Edition provides a basic overview of nutrition and helps to underscore the importance of nutrition in daily life. The program offers tools for guiding food choices, information on macronutrients and micronutrients, information to assist you in making good diet decisions, and an overview of nutrition issues in the media.

CDE State Day - Sharing Stories and Strategies for a Quality Program 11/13/14 9AM - 5PM

The CDE Nutrition Services Division's (NSD) is creating a training for our SFAs that will provide them with valuable information to successfully run their programs. The first half of the day will focus on the administrative review and the second half will focus on meal and site quality.
