Description:It doesn't matter if it is at work, home, church, or in society, we all have leadership roles of some kind to fulfil. John C. Maxwell in his book The Right to Lead says "The key to becoming an effective leader is not to focus on making other people follow, but on making yourself the kind of person they want to follow." We will discuss ways we can each do just that.

Speaker Bio:

Ken is the Director of Support Services for Ogden School District and is starting his 10th year in that position. Along with Child Nutrition, he currently oversees 9 other departments including Transportation, Purchasing and Procurement, Construction, Buildings and Grounds, Custodial, Building/Performance Area Rentals, Driver's Education, Swimming Pools, and Energy Management. He has also been the Supervisor for IT, Health/PE, and Athletics during this 10 year period. When he is not working, Ken loves traveling with his wife and three daughters, and cheering for them at their various sporting events.
